CBCT Scan

Finesse Dentistry & Implant Center is proud to feature one of the most advanced three-dimensional imaging systems available: CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) scan. Curious why we need CBCT scan in a dental office? Check out the BostonImplant.com blog for more information. This page will focus on the technical specifications of our CBCT equipment.

Advanced Digital X-ray

The Green X 12 is an advanced digital X-ray imaging system that integrates panoramic, cephalometric (optional), CBCT, and model scan capabilities. Leveraging Vatech’s extensive expertise in dental imaging, it delivers high-quality images with reduced radiation exposure through sophisticated image processing. This technology enhances diagnostic accuracy, leading to more precise treatment planning and greater patient satisfaction.

Green Low dose with high-quality images

This equipment’s most significant benefit is its ability to reduce X-ray exposure by up to 70%. The Green CBCT system ensures that patients receive clinically diagnosable scans with a remarkably low radiation dose. We believe that delivering high-quality, diagnosable images through low-dose radiography represents the new gold standard in patient care.

High resolution with 0.05 mm voxel size

Featuring a 4cm x 4cm volume and 50 micron voxel size, the Endo mode is specifically designed to optimize treatment within highly-focused regions of interest. This makes it ideal for endodontic applications, allowing dentists to obtain extraordinary images with exceptional high-resolution detail.

One scan, two images

Experience enhanced comfort and efficiency with the Green X 12. A single scan captures both a CT and an Auto Pano image, eliminating the need for two separate X-ray exposures for patients requiring both. This single shot covers both upper and lower jaws, reducing overall radiation and making the process more comfortable. All images are readily accessible within the intuitive One Viewer feature.
